Maddocks Farrm Organics has been running for eleven years, specialising in edible flowers, salads and herbs. In 2012 Maddocks Farm Organic salad won at the Organic Awards and in 2013 Jan was announced as an organic hero by the Soil Association. We have been overwhelmed by the quality of Jan’s produce and truly believe it’s worth the food miles!

My passion came from growing up and cooking in the kitchen with my mum and enjoying seeing the finished product. This never left me and I went onto study catering and patisserie in college and university. Always dreaming that one day I would run my own business and that dream came true in January 2014, with the opening of Sandhurst Bakery.
