The Perfect Christmas Cocktail

So I’ve been looking for a decadent Christmas Cocktail to drink alongside a Christmas Canape at a lunchtime gathering. And what better than the classic Bloody Mary but with a Christmas twist.

Mix gently together in a cocktail shaker, and over 3 ice cubes - 60ml Whisky, 5ml Sherry (it already screams Christmas) 60ml good quality Tomato Juice like Turner, Hardy & Co, a Hampshire based artisan supplier which TGFC love, its all in the mixer! 17ml Lemon Juice, 6 dashes Worcestershire Sauce, 2 dashes Tabasco, 1 pinch of Celery Salt & Cinnamon, 1 Star Anise, 2 Cloves, 5 grinds of Black Pepper. Garnish with Celery Salt & Pearl Onions.
