The Perfect Autumnal Tipple 'Bramble Gin Cocktail'

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice & add 50ml of gin, 30ml lemon juice & 1 tbsp sugar syrup and shake until chilled. Remove the Ice. Decanter over an old fashioned cut glass whisky tumbler of crushed ice and drizzle with 1 tbsp of blackberry liqueur so it bleeds down the inside of the glass. Garnish with blackberries & lemon slice.   We served these delicious Bramble Gin Cocktails as we welcomed guests for a special lady’s Italian themed 50th celebration.
