Stylish Expresso Martini Mocktail

Now on our third lockdown many of us are making a conscious effort to make heathier lifestyle choices.  We have long been advocates of the Seedlip Non alcoholic spirits and we love this Expresso Martini Recipe which complements our Valentines tea beautifully.  The gorgeousness of the cocktail but no alcohol - win, win!

Pour 50ml of Seedlip Spice 94 into a cocktail shaker with 50ml of good quality Cold Brew Concentrate.  Ocado do a great Far Side Rwanda Cold Brew.  Add 1 tbsp of Sugar Syrup (made by dissolving 150g caster sugar with 75g water in a pan over a low heat, leave to cool.  Any leftovers will store in the fridge) Add 3 ice cubes and shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and decorate with 3 coffee beans.
