Strawbellini Christmas Cocktail

Lets spruce up the normal Christmas Bucks Fizz with a something a little different this year from Waitrose - The Strawbellini.

Blend 4 fresh strawberries, 1 tsp caster sugar, & 2 tsp lemon juice into a smooth puree. Pour into a shaker with 50ml of Prosecco, Cava or Champagne & some ice & shake very gently. Pour into a champagne glass, or my preference a Champagne slipper. So easy and fabulously delicious!
