Oh my what a find, thank you to The Nudge. Forget that 90% of what we ate was Vegan, this vibrant, busy restaurant in Soho is PACKED with flavour.  It’s marketed as a Vegetarian Middle Eastern but also has many, many Vegan dishes. The exotic flavour combinations and gentle spicing techniques of Middle Eastern cooking showcase vegetarian cooking at its best. 

It’s such a joy to have trouble choosing off a menu these days, rather than the bland overused dishes, many stay safe with. We went off piste and chose a selection that included The Burnt Butter Hummus & Labneh with Confit of Garlic & Za’atar - we used their freshly baked Challah as our scoopers. Then added Charred Oyster Mushroom Agave Skewers with sides of Confit of Potato Latkes & Halloumi with Chamomile & Fennel Honey - all was to die for.  These 2 dishes have inspired us & you will find many more Vegan dishes on menus in 2023.
