It was founded over 40 years ago in Covent Garden, an artisanal cheese retailer now set in an old warehouse in Borough Market.  For us out in the sticks you can sign up for a monthly delivery of 3 surprise beautiful cheeses, with each cheese being matured & hand selected by the team at NYD.  TGFC firm favourites are the Montgomery Vintage Cheddar & Ogleshield.
 
TGFC firm favourites are the Montgomery Vintage Cheddar & Ogleshield – grate & mix both with finely diced red onion, white onion, spring onion, leeks, pop between 2 slices of thinly sliced sour dough and toast on a dry frying pan on a medium/high heat until golden brown – the BEST toastie, and a recipe from the famous www.kappacasein.com also in Borough Market.  We have made many times at events when street food works well with the crowd.
