We are keeping everything crossed that our route out of lockdown progresses as planned and that we can return to cater for all your celebrations and life events.  In anticipation of increased demand for al fresco gatherings we have put together some fresh & imaginative menus for BBQ Buffets and Hot & Cold Buffets featuring the most wonderful Ottolenghi style salads to compliment your choice of main dish such as Mediterranean Chicken with Tomato Confit & Roasted Red Onions, Shredded Duck with Ginger Marmalade Dressing & Noodles plus a host of wonderful BBQ delights to choose from.To finish we have desserts such as Tart au Citron & Fresh Berry Chantilly Cream Meringue. Please get in touch to discuss any summer celebrations.
