Wellington Farm Shop For us at TGFC, Wellington Farm Shop is the perfect place to stop on our cycle rides. And what a place on the Hampshire border for a pit stop - the most delicious Toasted Local Wigmore Cheese & Cranberry Ciabatta & a warming Flat White. Wigmore cheese is a soft creamy cheese made from Sheep’s milk. It has a rich, complex flavour with an incredibly delicate taste. It is a young cheese, released by the cheesemaker at just 6 weeks. Wigmore has won many awards, including Best English Cheese at the British Cheese Awards.
