Local Foodies Delight 'The Greyhound & Village Store'

This post is really about “if you don’t use it, you will lose it” Our local area has been crying out for a gorgeous deli that serves great coffee, pastries & farm shop items. And now we have The GreyHound. Yayyyyy. Beautiful fresh vegetables & local artisan breads adorn the counter surfaces, & smells of strong coffee waft around the small but perfectly formed cafe. There are a few chairs & a covered outside pod to sit & enjoy your purchases.

It’s attached restaurant has achieved what we have also been waiting for, a delicious dining experience - their words on their website sum it up perfectly - With a warm welcome from the genuinely hospitable team, guests are invited to enjoy our informal dining room, quirky garden spaces or sink into the leather clad tub chairs in our bar area, but most of all – to enjoy our great quality menu, simply prepared. No tiny portions, deconstructed dishes, frills or foam – just superb food. GO VISIT.
