Introducing Uri Our Wonderful Baker!

U. Bakery started life with my love for food and not much has changed. After working 20 years in the software industry, I decided to follow my passion and become an artisan baker.

Our menu is inspired by the food that I grew up eating and loving and is at the heart of what we offer. Travels to the vibrant city of Tel Aviv (my hometown), memories & experiences from restaurants and cafes around the world & other inspirations make up a menu that brings together different cuisines. Everything we offer is baked in-house and we pride ourselves on making our products by hand, specialising in sourdoughs which are all long fermented.

Our baked goods and inspiration are ever evolving, yet we always stick to our promise of baking with the highest quality ingredients, free from improvers, additives and preservatives and from local suppliers, when possible.

So we are a new world bakery. well, sort of.
