Brother Marcus was created by three best friends, Arthur, Alex and Tas. They bring TGFC’s love for flavours and recipes of the Eastern Mediterranean to us here in London. They understand the food, drink and culture of the region after, like us travelling & living there - you get a real depth. With many vegan and vegetarian options - they cover Mezze with gusto & the Rips & Dips with style. In my opinion their Crispy Aubergine Skewer with a Shatta Herb Sauce, Labneh, Grape Molasses jumps off the menu - I could of eaten that alone. But I could eat it all tbh. Situated in South Ken, Spitalfields, Borough Market they are in all the foodie areas of the Capital.
