I met this lovely lady whilst we were both working at The Open at St Andrews 2022. The hospitality industry is full of talented artistic individuals, and many of us have many strings to our bow. Beth has a natural talent with “soft tasty little kisses with alluring bite”. Her Macarons are as she describes “perfect tantalising little pillows of sweet tasting deliciousness tickle all of your senses blissfully”.  It’s like a Marks & Spencer’s advert.  They are beautifully presented, which any of you that know me, that’s soooooo important. It’s like Dishpatch - you want to feel you are opening something of luxury. Each flavour is punchy & powerful which is hard to achieve on these bitesize morsels - our favourites Rhubarb, Vanilla & Peanut Butter.
