Instagram Europe - Copenhagen

A city full of passion, especially for food & really the reason we visited, we wanted to understand more of the Nordic Food Revolution. The Nordics are taking an innovative approach & evolving the cuisine of traditional Scandinavian recipes for meat & fish & then building on the use of local products while reviving and adapting some of the older techniques. Such as marinating, smoking and salting. Therefore, there is a strong focus on health & ethical production - which leads nicely with our seasonal recipe section in this month’s newsletter.

Our Copenhagen favourites: colourful tasty Smorgasbord on rye bread full of grains, seeds & nuts, coffee & pastries, fish, amazing street food hot dogs, beautifully designed architecture, cycling, royal marching bands. But by god the wind chill in Copenhagen is cruel so wrap up warm!
