Have you ever wanted to go and enjoy a few hours picking nature's bounty for free but don't know where to start?  We recently discovered 'Fred The Forager' who runs courses in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and beyond.

Fred has a passion for food, conservation and connecting with the land through different experiences to help build a sustainable future. Here are a selection Fred's courses:

Fred's blog is a great source of foraging inspiration and he also runs the intriguingly named 'Secret Sunday Mushroom Club' which has a waiting list of about 2 years with many members returning year after year!
