In anticipation of increased demand for small scale al fresco gatherings we have put together some fresh & imaginative menus for BBQ Buffets and Hot & Cold Buffets featuring the most wonderful Ottolenghi style salads to compliment your choice of main dish such as Mediterranean Chicken with Tomato Confit & Roasted Red Onions, Shredded Duck with Ginger Marmalade Dressing & Noodles plus a host of wonderful BBQ delights to choose from.To finish we have desserts such as Tart au Citron & Fresh Berry Chantilly Cream Meringue.
