Bramble Mulled Wine Recipe

This mulled wine is a decadent autumnal warmer, bursting with berry sweetness. The recipe was created by Edinburgh Gin who create a unique, award winning array of Gins and Liqueurs which we enjoyed very much during a Cocktail evening at The Crown and Cushion in Minley.

50ml Bramble & Honey Gin (by Edinburgh Gin)
25ml Red wine
100ml Apple juice
Cloves
Optional clove garnish

Add all the ingredients to a small pan and warm over a low heat, serve in a glass or mug, add the cloves to garnish if desired. See the recipe and lots more here.
