Selby is a fully committed foodie with full gastro credentials which helps us create that truly unforgettable experience for private and corporate events. Having travelled in Europe for many years, Selby’s food is heavily influenced by Mediterranean flavours, using seasonal ingredients and many herbs and spices that make any dish full-bodied.

Having started her career in hospitality management, her real passion in outside catering started at college (Chelsea Flower Show & Cheltenham Gold Cup). With each event at a different venue, different client numbers, different style of catering. It means looking at each event from a fresh new perspective, at ways of always making each event individual and bespoke. Clarissa’s ideal is that if it’s a private event that TGFC should be the hosts so the client can become a guest - relax, eat and have a jolly good time and with each corporate event, our aim is to make our contact feel everything is under control, spectacular and more, and that they picked the right people for their event, within the right budget.

Martina is our right hand lady. She worked for British Airways in First Class and has always worked in the industry of providing the highest level of comfort and service possible.

Claire has many years of Event experience with us and independently from a broad range of roles, all of which have demanded high standards and impeccable attention to detail. Claire has honed her skills to ensure she can deliver exactly what you need on the day whatever the occasion. Claire likes to deliver events in a relaxed and organised fashion whilst making sure guests enjoy themselves.

Having worked in Finance in the media world since school, Jo took a career break to raise the family. Jo enjoys being an event manager for TGFC, no event is the same but you are guaranteed a friendly, outstanding service.

Bringing energy and youthfulness to TGFC is our business apprentice, Alfie. Having worked with TGFC for 3 years, as a waiter, Alfie has grown with us and so has his ability and confidence.

Libby is passionate about great food and hospitality having worked both front of house and in kitchens over many years. Libby trained as a chef at Tante Marie Culinary Academy and runs a monthly Supper Club from her home.

A highly experienced and knowledgeable member of the team, Gordon has worked with the best known chefs in the country including AWT, the Roux Brothers and Marco Pierre White, he possesses enhanced experience in classical French, Cajun Creole and Modern English Cuisine.

Phil is a highly resourceful catering manager who has a passion for producing fresh healthy food and high standards of service. Phil has worked in numerous kitchens over the years, one proud moment was having lunch with Prince Charles for achieving an award for healthy food sponsored by Jamie Oliver.

Nigel works for Caterlink, a company supplying healthy, fresh food to the nation’s schools and colleges. Nigel is passionate about his work and is a senior member of Caterlink who travels the country setting up new sites and spreading the “good food for health” message to our next generation. Nigel has worked in the kitchens of Pierre Koffman.

Luis is a highly experienced chef who has a passion for Mediterranean food. He has worked for various restaurants and hotels including the 5 star Marriott Hotel in Dénia Spain, as well as the East Lancashire Masonic Hall in Manchester.

TGFC’s Tim (tooltime) Allen. Barry is happy behind the grill, basting and marinating and he loves nothing better than a good dry rub! He’s also our site man when things need installing and fixing.
